Why Nutrition Therapy?

Nutrition therapy is often associated with dieting and food restriction. While most Americans report having been on a fad diet at some point in their life, more than 80% are unsuccessful at getting or maintaining the results they desire. The reason for this is most diets are based on restriction, deprivation, and even elimination of entire food groups.  However, nutrition therapy at CRFA is different.  With positive, measurable, and effective strategies, Beth helps each of her clients reach their goals while still eating the foods they love.

One of the first goals Beth sets with each client is helping them develop a healthy relationship with food and in turn building a healthy relationship with themselves. Even when paying attention to your nutrition, you should enjoy both what you're eating and the results. Healthy dieting does not mean restricting what you eat, but it should broaden your ideas of eating and how to get the results you want.
